[职位描述]
- Provide on-site support to dealers for Finance & Insurance training, time sales administration, Dealer financial analysis as well as business management consultancy.
- Report periodically to management about dealers performance and market information as well as competitor actions in the local market.
- Working with dealership management to maintain sufficient wholesale credit lines to fund the dealerships vehicle purchases from Ford and meet the dealerships sales objectives. Liaise with local commercial banks to ensure efficient vehicle document controls at the dealership to facilitate timely vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Establish and continually improve Sales and Financial Service Standards at the dealership to increase both customer and dealer satisfaction. Assist in conducting Sales and Finance & Insurance analysis and training as required
- Develop action plans to correct areas of adverse performance or enhancement plans to improve the dealers financial structures, sales and Finance & Insurance sales performance.
